AI integration

Say it in a sentence. Your shop does it.

Manage your catalog, inventory, orders and documents from your AI assistant too. Behio connects your request to an action on your business data.

Connect a supported assistant, such as Claude or ChatGPT, through MCP. After signing in, it works with the tools and data you authorize. It can find products, update prices, prepare discounts and help with documents. Your regular admin and Tom remain available.

Sentences that work

Requests that take work off your hands.

No commands, no syntax. You write the way you would tell a colleague.

How many Anna t-shirts are in stock and what sold over the weekend?

Raise all candle prices by ten percent, but leave the ones on sale alone.

Receive this delivery into stock, 24 pieces arrived and two were broken.

Issue an invoice for this company, consulting 8 hours, due at the end of the month.

Create the code XMAS for 15 percent on the Gifts category only, valid until Christmas Eve.

Show me orders waiting for payment longer than three days.

Scope

Connected operations. One request.

From a product to a stock movement or invoice.

MCP exposes tools for catalog, orders, inventory, invoicing, customers and marketing. Available tools depend on your permissions, active modules and connected client. Your assistant works with the same business data you use in the admin.

The whole operation, not just the storefront

Prepare a catalog promotion, check inventory and find documents without copying data between separate tools.

Your plan and modules

Store MCP access is included on every plan, starting with Mini. Standalone modules have their own scope: the paid Warehouse module includes inventory API and MCP access. Your external AI assistant has its own subscription terms.

Speaks your language

Write in your own language and get the answer in it. If you prefer clicking, the full admin and Tom inside it are still there.

Connecting

Connect in three steps.

The admin guide walks you through connecting a supported client.

1

Open AI and MCP

The admin has an AI and MCP section. On the Connection page you pick the assistant you use.

2

Paste the address into your assistant

The guide shows the exact address your assistant needs and what to click inside it.

3

Your assistant sends you to our screen, you confirm access and that is it. No password inside a third-party app.

Wiring up your own script or server? Generate an access key on the Access keys page. We show it once and the list keeps only an eight-character preview.

Control

The assistant has no more rights than you.

Your permissions, nobody else's

A connection belongs to one person. What you cannot do in the admin, the assistant cannot do either, even if it asks for a tool by name.

Every call logged

Who, from which client, when, which tool and how it went. The history survives a refreshed sign in.

Revoke in one click

Cancel a connection in one place. Keys are stored as a hash only, so nobody reads them out of the database.

When to use MCP

Work where it suits you.

MCP is useful when you already work with an external AI assistant and want to delegate Behio tasks there too. Everyday store management does not require it: products, orders and settings are available directly in the admin, with Tom there to help.

Try it on your own data.

Try Behio free for 14 days. Check your available MCP scope in the admin and connect a supported assistant. Revoke its access whenever you need.
