In preparationBehio POS

A point of sale that lives inside your e-shop.

Sell at the counter and the stock drops online too. No bridges, no nightly export, no two versions of the truth.

We are building Behio POS as a till for a physical shop that does not sit next to your e-shop but inside it. The same catalog, the same prices and discounts, the same customers, the same invoicing. A receipt from the counter and an order from the web land in one revenue view, so at the end of the day you are not adding two numbers together. We are not promising a launch date yet. Leave us your contact and you will hear it first.

One system

Everyone else sells you a till. We switch on another sales channel.

The till is the last missing piece, not another system to wire up.

You can buy a standalone point of sale in an afternoon. Then come the months of teaching it to talk to your stock, your e-shop and your accountant, and the numbers still only roughly add up in the evening. That looks like wasted work to me. Once your catalog, stock, orders, invoices and analytics live in Behio, the only thing missing is a place to sell across a counter.

What we are building

Six things you stop doing twice.

One stock for counter and web

A sale at the till takes the item off the same stock record as an order from the e-shop. No more nightly exports and no more apology emails saying the last piece went over the counter.

Set prices and discounts once

Change a price in the catalog and it applies at the counter and on the web. Promotions, price tiers and B2B price lists run off the same settings, so nobody in the shop sells at last year's price.

Receipts and invoices in one series

A document from the till goes into the invoicing you already use and into the same number series. Your accountant gets one export instead of two, with nothing to match up by hand.

A customer is one person

A purchase in the shop is credited to the same customer as the orders from the web. Purchase history and loyalty points no longer split by which door somebody walked through.

Revenue in one chart

Behio Analytics counts counter and web together and separately. You also see how many people find an item on the web and buy it over your counter.

Pickups and returns without paperwork

Hand over a web order in the shop, take a return at the counter, and in the system it stays one order with one history.

Hardware

A terminal for the counter, a scanner for the stockroom.

We are going with the SUNMI D3 mini plus a payment terminal, and a handheld device for the stockroom.

We looked for a device that survives an ordinary trading day and does not look like office equipment sitting on your counter. The SUNMI D3 mini is a compact countertop terminal with a touchscreen, a built in receipt printer and contactless payment, so the counter holds one box instead of three. For the stockroom we are adding a handheld device with a code scanner, so goods receipt and stocktakes stop ending in pencil marks and retyping.

Countertop terminal

Touchscreen, receipt printer and contactless payment in a single unit. Your staff look at one screen instead of a till, a card terminal and a monitor.

Handheld scanner for the stockroom

Scan a code on goods receipt, during a stocktake and when handing over an order. The stock figure is corrected in the system right there, not in the evening from notes on paper.

We are in talks with SUNMI about supply. It is not a signed partnership or an official collaboration yet, and we do not want to present it as one.

FAQ

What you ask most often.

I am not giving you a date, on purpose. Invented deadlines help nobody and they slip anyway. Development is running, and once we have the till proven in a real shop, the people on the interest list hear about it before anyone else.

Register your interest

Leave us your contact and you will hear from us first.

Tell us what you sell and how many shops you run. That tells us what to build first, and you find out about the launch before it goes on the website.

We will use your contact only for news about Behio POS. No bulk mailings.
