Yes. We plan the transfer from Shoptet around available exports and your business needs, agreeing on scope, price and checks for redirects from old URLs in advance.

You do not. You build and manage the shop by clicking around the admin, and Tom handles a lot of it for you. But if you can code or have a developer, you get real Next.js code and a public API, so you can shape the shop exactly your way.

Mini supports 100 products, Start 1,000, Grow 5,000, and Pro removes the plan limit on product count. For demanding catalogs we review imports, search and required capacity with you. B2B prices and customer portal start at Grow.

Plans differ in features and capacity. X+Y promotions, loyalty, gift cards and the store API are included from Start, B2B from Grow, and MCP access to Tom is on every plan.
