What if I do not want an agent to change anything on its own?
By default an agent never changes anything. Every change arrives as a confirmation card: you see what it proposes and why, and you decide with one click. You can later enable automatic mode per agent, but that is your choice, not the default.
How much does it cost on top of my plan?
Each agent has a fixed monthly price from 290 to 990 CZK per e-shop, and the Receptionist is free forever. The price includes a quota of runs based on the agent's schedule. Extra runs draw on the AI credits you already have in Behio, and nothing is charged without your knowledge.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You hire agents month by month and you can pause or dismiss anyone with one click. No notice period, the agent simply finishes the paid period.
What data does an agent see?
Only your e-shop's data: the catalog, orders, stock and the numbers it needs for its job. Every action verifies access to your organization, so an agent never sees other companies' data and no one else sees yours.
How is this different from the AI chats I already know?
A chat waits for you to ask. An agent works on its own: it runs on a schedule, checks what it is supposed to watch and brings you the results even if you have not touched it all week. It is the difference between an advisor on call and an employee who shows up every morning.
