An invoice, a proforma, a credit note or a receipt, in unlimited numbers and with your own number series. You do not have to click line by line: dictate the items in a plain sentence and AI turns it into rows with quantity, price and VAT rate.

You send it
Pull the customer from the Czech business register by company number and verify EU companies through VIES. The document leaves from your own mailbox over Gmail or Outlook, so the customer does not get an email from some third party service.

The customer pays
The invoice carries a QR payment and a public link where they can pay by card through Stripe. Nobody retypes anything and you are not waiting for someone to find time for a bank transfer.

The bank matches the payment
Fio connects over API and transactions download themselves. With other banks you upload a statement in ABO or GPC format, verified against Česká spořitelna and Komerční banka, or a CSV from internet banking. Matching to invoices then works the same either way.

Reminders in three stages go out automatically by your rules. You do not have to remember who you already wrote to, or force yourself to write an unpleasant email.

They open a portal that needs no Behio account and download the month in ten formats for accounting software, Pohoda among them. VAT returns come out as XML validated against the official XSD schemas of the Czech tax authority.
