Dropshipping

Sell without your own warehouse. A partner brings the catalog.

Connect a supplier, pick the goods, and Behio creates them with variants, photos, a price in your currency and copy in your language.

Selling without stock is part of the platform, not an add-on you buy separately. You search a supported supplier's catalog right in your admin, fill an import basket and set your margin once for the whole batch. Behio does the rest in the background. Orders, invoices, VAT by destination country, carriers and comparison-site feeds then run exactly as they do for a shop with its own warehouse.

You set the pricing once for the whole batch and it applies to every product in it. Up to a hundred go in at a time and the import runs in the background, so you can close the window and go do something else.

How it works

Four steps from an empty shop to your first sale without stock.

Every step below is a screen you open after signing up. Where the work is yours, we say so.

01

Connect a supplier

Paste the API key from your supplier account into your shop settings. Behio stores it encrypted and tests the connection straight away. You see the account name, its tier and the wallet balance. Search and import work on a zero balance too, supplier credit is needed only for orders.

02

Pick goods from the catalog

Search the supplier catalog in your admin, filter by category and price range. A product shows its variants and stock in the supplier's warehouses, plus what you make on it at your markup. Whatever you like goes into the import basket, up to a hundred products per batch.

03

Set your margin and run the import

Pricing applies to the whole batch: percentage markup, a fixed amount, or the supplier's suggested price, plus rounding up to a tidy number. Behio converts the purchase price from the supplier's currency into yours at the current rate. The import then creates products with variants, images in your own storage and stock mirrored into a supplier warehouse. Name, description and SEO are rewritten into your shop language as customer copy, not a machine translation. Import history keeps the counts and any errors.

04

Pass the order to your supplier

The customer buys from you, pays through the gateway and you issue the invoice from the order detail. You place the order with your supplier, and Behio holds everything needed for it. If you want to automate the handover your own way, there is the public API and the MCP integration. Sending orders straight from Behio is what we are building.

Supported suppliers

The supplier is a replaceable part.

The catalog in your admin, the import basket and the pricing rule are the same for every supplier. You learn it once, and the next supplier changes nothing but the source of the goods.

The rest of the shop

A dropshipping app will not issue your invoice.

A Shopify add-on handles product sourcing and that is where its job ends. The things you will need anyway when selling without stock are in Behio, in one subscription.

Invoicing

Invoices, proformas, recurring invoices, number series and your own PDF templates. Issue the document straight from the order detail, with a Pohoda export included.

Comparison-site feeds

Heureka, Zboží.cz, Google Shopping, Glami, Favi, Biano, Meta and more. The feed generates itself and ad systems read the same data.

Shipping and pickup points

Through Zaslat you get PPL, DPD, GLS, Zásilkovna, Balíkovna, WeDo and other carriers, including pickup point selection in the cart and label printing.

Payment gateways

Comgate, GoPay, Besteron, Stripe, PayPal and Mollie. A paid order is moved forward by the gateway itself, you do not watch it manually.

Returns and reviews

The customer opens a return from their account, you handle it in the admin. Plus product reviews and a back-in-stock watchdog.

Your own domain and languages

Your own domain, multiple languages and currencies and a real Next.js storefront you own together with the code. Selling abroad is not blocked by the platform.

Where this is growing

Selling without stock is only getting started here.

I will not promise you a date, invented deadlines help nobody.

We built the connection so the supplier can be swapped, rather than sitting the platform on one catalog. We went through the documentation of the large dropshipping platforms endpoint by endpoint and we know what each one allows. Alongside more suppliers, these four are what we are adding.

Stock that keeps itself current

Supplier stock will stay current between imports too. When the supplier runs out, the product flips to sold out and back once stock returns.

Orders sent automatically

Once paid, the order is placed with the supplier, with manual confirmation and an amount ceiling as a safety net.

Tracking back to the customer

The supplier's tracking number lands in the order, in the email and in the customer account.

Repricing that follows purchase cost

When the supplier's purchase price or the exchange rate moves, prices recalculate by your rule so your margin does not quietly disappear.

Straight talk

Five things a dropshipping course will not tell you.

We would rather write it here than have you find out on your third order.

01

You cannot hide the delivery time

Goods from Asia take weeks and the customer will notice. Put the lead time on the product and in your terms, so nobody learns it from a delay email. Availability states and custom product copy are there for exactly that.

02

The margin is true as of the import

For imported goods we hold the purchase price, so you see the margin in the catalog before importing and on the stock item afterwards. The exchange rate and the supplier's purchase price both move though, so prices want a review now and then. Repricing on purchase-cost changes is what we are building. For goods that reached your shop some other way than through a connected supplier, you fill the purchase price on the stock item yourself.

03

The complaint is yours, not the supplier's

By law you are the seller. The customer writes to you, the deadlines are yours and the refund comes from your company. With goods from a non-EU supplier the GPSR regulation also puts product safety and supply-chain traceability on you. Returns and complaints are a module in Behio, but getting the goods back to the supplier is on you.

04

We calculate VAT, we do not file it

Behio works out the destination-country rate in the cart and carries it into the order and the document. You set per-country rates through Tom or the API. Do not expect an OSS filing or tax advice from us, that stays with you and your accountant.

05

Stock is true as of the import

At import time we read stock from the supplier's warehouses and mirror it into the warehouse we create for the connection. With supplier stock respected, a product at zero shows as sold out in the shop. Between imports that number ages, so import more often for fast-moving goods. Continuous stock sync is next in line.

FAQ

What you ask most often.

Yes. Selling without your own stock is part of the platform: you connect a supported supplier, search their catalog right in your admin, set your margin and the goods are imported into your shop with variants and images. CJdropshipping is live today. Partnership and integration with Alibaba, AliExpress and Temu are under negotiation, and they cannot be connected yet.
