A shop that runs itself.
Assemble a rule from blocks and Behio handles it for you from there. No coder, no external tools, no extra monthly fees.
Visual automations are part of the Behio platform. When something happens, an order arrives or a visitor returns to a product, a rule you assembled with your mouse fires. Wait two days, check a condition, send a templated e-mail, issue a discount, change an order status or call your system. All on one canvas.
Automation at a level you pay for separately elsewhere.
Triggers across the whole shop
Order, payment, new customer, return, review, newsletter, back-in-stock, abandoned cart and visitor behaviour. Over 30 events a rule can react to.
Wait and re-check
The WAIT step unlocks drip sequences: wait two days, check again that the customer has not purchased, and only then send the reminder.
ELSE branch
One rule handles both cases. A big order with a thank-you, a small one with a nudge to shop again.
Templated e-mail
Write the body in a rich editor (bold, headings, lists) like in an e-mail client, or pick your own shop e-mail template. Variables like name or order number fill in themselves.
Personal discounts and actions
Issue a one-shot discount code and send it in the same e-mail. Add a label, put into a category or group, change an order status, call a webhook.
Signed webhook
Connect to your system: custom body, HMAC SHA-256 signature and a test request in one click. Developer parity with what paid apps handle elsewhere.
16 ready-made recipes. Fill in the numbers and turn it on.
An empty canvas sells no one. A gallery does.
First purchase thank-you, rescue a hesitating visitor with a discount, VIP group after a big order, a review request three days after shipping, newsletter welcome, failed-payment rescue, back-in-stock watch and more. And if you would rather not click, describe the rule in a sentence and Tom, our AI teammate, assembles it for you.
Dry run
The Try button shows what would happen on your real data without sending anything.
Impact statistics
Every rule shows runs, issued discounts and attributed revenue over 30 days. You see what earns.
Data-driven suggestions
The gallery highlights recipes from your numbers: you have 12 abandoned carts a month, turn this on.
What costs extra elsewhere is included here.
Shopify offers a similar visual tool (Flow) only on the Plus plan, roughly from 2,300 USD a month, and signed outgoing webhooks are handled there by a paid third-party app. Shoptet has no visual automation builder, only automatic order statuses and paid add-ons. In Behio automations are part of the platform, in one subscription, and neither of them shows a reach estimate or attributed revenue on the rule card.
Automation is one module. The platform has more.
E-commerce, inventory, invoicing, courses, analytics and custom websites. Everything talks to everything and switches on as you need it.
