Standalone module

Inventory that also handles a job. Not just counting units.

Goods receipts, goods issues, transfers between warehouses, stock counts with real differences, bills of materials and internal jobs. And a phone instead of a scanner.

In Behio you can switch inventory on by itself, even if you never want an e-shop. Free forever up to fifty items, the full version from 490 CZK a month. The API and the AI assistant are included, so you are not buying a connector that elsewhere costs more than the whole program.

How goods move

Every unit has a path, and it still reads six months later.

Inventory is not a number at the end of the month. It is a chain of movements that has to hold up when your accountant, your customer or an audit asks.

  1. 01

    Receipt

A goods receipt puts stock onto a card with quantity and price. Create the card by hand, from an item template or in bulk.

  2. 02

    Storage

The card holds variants, variant schemes, custom fields and data groups. You shape your records your way, not ours.

  3. 03

    Transfer

A transfer between warehouses separates dispatch from receipt, so goods in transit are neither here nor there, but exactly where they are.

  4. 04

    Issue

A goods issue writes stock off, whether it goes to a job, to a customer or into production. The delivery note prints from a template.

  5. 05

    Stock count

A stock count shows the difference item by item, not one number at the end. You can see where it drifted and by how much.

What it can do

Records that hold up in a workshop and in a wholesale depot.

Stock cards and variants

A card holds variants and variant schemes, so three sizes and four colours are not twelve hand made items but one card with a breakdown.

Transfers with separate receipt

Dispatch and receipt are two steps. Goods in transit between warehouses never get lost or counted twice, and you know who took them over.

Stock counts with differences

Count reality and Behio shows the difference on every item. You name the shortage or the surplus instead of guessing it.

Elementary POS connection

Selling over a counter too? Elementary POS connects to the same cards, so stock does not run away from the shop or the e-shop.

Internal jobs

A job is tracked item by item and you can see how it moves. What is finished, what is waiting and what nobody has started.

GTIN barcodes and GS1 Activate

Assign a GTIN or pull the numbers straight from GS1 Activate. The goods then read at a till, at a carrier and on a marketplace.

EAN and QR scanning on a phone

The phone is the scanner. Receive, issue and count right at the shelf, with no scrap of paper and no retyping in the evening.

Custom fields and data groups

Extend the records with anything of your own, from the supplier to the shelf position. It stays inside the company and never reaches the public web.

Item templates

New cards start from a template, so parameters and fields land the same way every time and nobody leaves half of them empty.

Public stock catalogue

Selected items can be shown to the world. The catalogue works as a price list and as a quick answer for a customer asking on the phone.

Customer stock and B2B keys

Open a partner their own view through a B2B API key. They see what they should see and nothing else.

API and AI assistant included

REST API and the MCP connection are in the lowest plan too, so the warehouse can be run from your own system or from a chat with an AI assistant.

At the shelf, not at the desk

The phone is the scanner. Inventory happens where the goods are.

Scan an EAN or a QR code and receive, issue or count right there on the spot.

Stock records always fall apart in the same place: somebody writes it on paper and retypes it in the evening, by which time they remember it differently. So Behio scans with a phone, and labels and delivery notes print from the template editor. The box then carries a code the system actually knows.

EAN and QR scanning

Read the code with the phone camera and Behio opens the card. No special scanner and no retyping of numbers.

Labels and delivery notes

Print goods labels and delivery notes from the template editor, so they look like your company and carry what you need.

GTIN and GS1 Activate

Assign codes yourself or pull them from GS1 Activate. The goods then pass a till and a marketplace without an argument.

More than counting

Inventory that knows what is made from what.

Bills of materials, material costing and internal jobs tracked item by item.

Most stock programs only add and subtract. But if you assemble, build or sew, you need to know what the finished unit is made of and what it costs you. Behio keeps that on the same cards as ordinary goods, so production and stock never drift apart.

Bill of materials

Break the finished unit down into what it is made of. Changing the recipe is then one edit, not a spreadsheet going round the team.

Material costing

Work out what one unit costs you in material. You stop pricing by feel and stop finding out after the season that you were losing money.

Jobs tracked item by item

An internal job carries progress per item, so it is visible what is done and where it got stuck.

Compare stock across warehouses

Put warehouses side by side and see where there is too much and where it is missing. The transfer then follows numbers, not a hunch.

Comparison

Inventory for 490 CZK that does not wait for an expensive plan.

Competitor prices come from their public price lists as of August 2026. We are not here to talk anyone down, only to show where inventory usually hides behind a higher tier or a surcharge.

Against e-shop platforms

Shoptet only gives you inventory from the 1,490 CZK a month plan. Behio SKLAD costs 490 CZK and works with no e-shop at all, stock counts, barcodes and phone scanning included.

Against business systems

ABRA Flexi Basic costs 425 CZK per single user, so 1,275 CZK for three people, and the API is bought separately for 395 to 1,295 CZK a month. In Behio three users are already in SKLAD, and the API and the AI assistant are included.

And when you want more

Invoicing, an e-shop, online courses or a till switch on in the same account over the same cards. Nothing has to be migrated, you only turn another module on.

Module pricing

You pay for inventory, not for the whole platform.

Pick an inventory plan and switch on nothing else. Prices are per month, excluding VAT.

Frequent questions

What people ask before they start.

Yes, that is exactly why the module stands on its own. You register, pick inventory and switch on nothing else. If you add an e-shop, invoicing or a till a year later, they run in the same account over the same cards.

Get the warehouse running today.

Registration takes a few minutes and the trial is free forever, meaning one warehouse and fifty items. When it fits, you switch SKLAD on for 490 CZK.
